What day will I get paid and will there be a delay using Shield?
Your pay will hit your account within 24 hours of Shield receiving the funds from our clients.
What if I decide to leave Shield?
If you decide to terminate your employment please email or write to us confirming your last day of payment and we will issue you your p45.
Where do I send my timesheets?
Shields agencies or clients will still require your timesheets. They will then forward on your hours to Shield.
How do I know if my expenses have been offset?
Your payslip will show whether your expenses have been offset and the amount that has been processed. If we have any queries on your expenses we will contact you.
Will all my expenses be offset?
We will offset expenses in accordance with current legislation and comply with National Minimum Wage requirements.
What if I forget to send in my expenses?
We can backdate any expenses which you forget to submit and will offset it against the next available payment (We will back date any expenses up to 2 months)
How will I be paid?
Shield invoices its clients for the services it provides. Once payment has been received from the client, Shield deducts its margin and pays its employees for the hours they have worked (whilst accounting for all its statutory obligations such as employer’s and employee’s NI, PAYE).
